If you don't want breakfast, an excellent place to stay.

Rooms excellent - reception staff excellent. Car parking facilities good and very convenient.

Breakfast awful- wouldn't recommend taking breakfast at all. Poor quality food, one person trying look after numerous guests but failing.

Handy to stay in Leganes

The location is perfect to stay in Leganes. Hotel locations in the city center so you can go around.

I would say parking is not free you have to pay €10/night. Otherwise everything was good.

A nice hotel with friendly staff in a good location in Leganes.

Very nice breakfast with several hot and cold dish options. Coffee (had a cappuccino) from the espresso machine was also tasty. The lobby bar also had very nice coffee, even though you have to ask someone in the reception for a bartender to come.

The only negative issue was the poor sound isolation, as the noises of those returning from late dinners (which is normal in Spain) moving and discussing in their rooms was rather audible also in my room.

Location is convenient if you have to work at Carlos III University, not to visit Madrid. I had a superior room which was quite spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good

To avoid in the future.

The staff tried to get a new room with better conditions but it ended up not happening.

The rooms are very old, tiny and the window is on the ceiling.The ceiling is composed by fake suspended white tiles which one would find in a 90s office, this includes the bathroom. It has holes on it and some black substance and darker spots. The bed is too short and the springs mattress is very uncomfortable. There's only one power socket available in the room. The air conditioning was not working, and the room was too warm.

Good Staff, most could speak English.

Good Staff, most could speak English. The Breakfast was plentiful and varied. 24 hr front desk and clean rooms.

The location is not great of you have to travel to the city centre. Centro is 50 minutes and two train changes away. Best to avoid the smaller rooms which are really cramped with no windows.

Good value. Really helpful reception and housing staff, good quality room.

This was an extension to my initial booking ... here is the review for that stay ... The staff make the hotel. They were were really helpful and friendly. The hotel has no restaurant for lunch or evening meals and those local did not cater for vegans and found the concept of vegan food hard to understand, surprising for Madrid. However the hotel works with the local pizza chain branch to provide a call in service, and were happy to talk the store into making some changes to the menu offerings to suit me and phoning them up a couple of times to get mistakes made by the pizza company corrected. I really have to say without the staff's help, as I don't speak Spanish, the stay would not have been a happy one. Location wise the hotel was very good for the university and local associated companies. Clean and tidy room with a welcome message :-) Fridge in the room meant I could also take advantage of the local supermarket, a 5 minute walk. Decent wifi connection and signal Good fruit selection at breakfast.

Claustrophobic room (and was the "queen" room)

Kind staff: anticipated the breakfast for me.

The room. Was a "queen room" and seemed like a prison. Old furniture, no windows, VERY small. Very short ceiling; was the most claustrophobic hotel room I have ever been in. Leganes is very very bad linked with the airport.

Avoid the top floor

Convenient location for us, restaurants nearby, friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was small and only had a skylight which let in light all night, so if you have trouble sleeping unless it’s totally dark, you won’t get much shut-eye. Our bed and room also fairly small, I imagine because it was the top floor, so avoid the 6th!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable location if you have to work at UC3M (not to visit Madrid). Reasonable wifi.

I was given a very small room with no window (only a small skylight). This is unusual; I have been at the hotel other times, and I got much larger rooms with a proper window.

Staff in the dining room had a bad attitude towards clients. Unwilling to go to the kitchen for our requests. Never seen smiling or being helpful in any way. Who recruits such people??
